Shipping & Handling Policy
The Ritual of Delivery
At AXITRIM, we understand that precision takes time, but your grooming essentials shouldn't. We are committed to getting your tools into your hands as swiftly and safely as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are handled with care.
Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom/Engraved Tools: Please allow 5-8 business days for our craftsmen to prepare your items.
Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CEST) on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic: We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International: We currently ship to Canada, USA, UK, EU. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer once the shipment reaches your country.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our larger grooming kits or heavy-duty manual trimmers require a physical address for courier delivery. If we cannot ship to your P.O. Box, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative.
Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if the "manual" components of your tools are compromised during transit, please email us at axitrimhelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to make it right.
